Ok, while I completely agree that Jason Castro is certainly not the most talented guy to grace AI, I have to say I think you are just a wee bit harsh on him. (OKAY CAN I JUST INTERJECT HERE AND SAY...I DIDN'T SAY A WORD ABOUT HIM THIS WEEK!!!!)
He's got some talent. He's no David Cook, he's no Clay Aiken (Thank God) but he does have a pleasant voice. The one song he should have done this year is "I Got A Name" by Jim Croce. He's in that style -- folk singer. Does that make him Idol material? No, but that doesn't mean he's the devil incarnate, either. He could do well in the Croce/Gordon Lightfoot/Harry Chapin genre (Yeah, I'm showing my age).
With that said -- David Arch? BLECH! What the "Pained Panel" is doing is way too obvious, way too blatant. They're pushing for a battle of the Davids in the finale. YUCK.
The Rockstar vs. The Teenybopper? You're right. Shoot me now.
However, in the end, if David Cook doesn't walk away with this thing, I think I'm farther gone than you are.

Oh my Gosh Mrs. Jones, what is happening to AI? Last week they TOTALLY Ignore the AI Alum they Should have talked to who has a Burning Hot Single out with an Extra Hot Video to go along with it-who is also going to make an appearance on a Fox show (Bones) next week and Ryan Walks right past him...OMG!
Then this week, as you mentioned, Randy's remarks about David Cook...What is up with that? Like you said, he knows whats going on and I've been in David Cooks position and it's Awful. For him to keep his composure and perform well is remarkable.

Well, Jaystro is going home...not his best night but I still love his edgy folky voice. The thing that pisses me off, did they have to treat him so mean and turn the knife while it was in his gut. Anything for ratings! Funny when Brooke messed up they patted her on her annoying head and said how brave she was. Oh well.....Jason will be fine. He's a toughy!!! No blubbering tears from him.

But to do this badly AND FORGET THE LYRICS......ouch!!!!!!!!
I don't think there's enough crazy little teenybopper fans to keep this guy in the race after last night... at least let's pray not...... Does this kid just not get it??? Everytime he giggles like Goofy I just want to smack him....He's gotta go....forget the voting process....THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO JUST GONG HIM RIGHT ON THE SPOT....

May 15 - Regions Charity Classic - Taylor will again be taking part in this years Regions Charity Classic, a golf tournament held every year in May in Birmingham, Alabama. The pro-am part of the tournament, which is where we will see Taylor, is called the Charter Telephone Pro-Am and will be held on the first two days of the tournament. As of right now, it appears that Taylor will be taking part in the second day's activities.
